  • Retired in 1992 as Chief of Defence Force.

  • •Served as Singapore’s High Commissioner to Australia and Fiji 1994-1997, PNG and South Africa 2000-2006.

  • Currently Ambassador to Israel, resident in Singapore and volunteer Chairman of the Singapore Red Cross.
